Down 18 lbs after doing the 10 week program. I feel better. Im sleeping better. My skin has cleared up. I feel prepared to take what I know and use it for the long run. Highly recommend.

I have been seeing Dr Ciapponi for a couple of years now and I find is she a very good Finctional Medicine Dr and she is very thorough. She takes her time with me and understands my complex medical condition. She is very good about understanding my health condition and how my limitations affect me. Im grateful for her care!

I participated in Dr. Ciapponi's Metabolic and Lifestyle Reset program this summer. Not only did I lose 15 pounds, but I learned so many wonderful things that will help me navigate the rest of my life in a much healthier way-- both the individual and group sessions were very informative and helpful.
