Day Break Massage & Wellness

I'm new to CLT and have struggled to find a massage therapist that is experienced enough to help manage my chronic muscle tightness. Today I had the best massage/experience at Daybreak with Kirsten. She is a true pro with her deep tissue techniques and it was super relaxing as well. I loved the lemongrass hot towels! The location is great and there are a few parking spots behind the building (which is a gorgeous old home). Can't wait to book my next massage and highly recommend to anyone looking for a good experience!

Ive been going to Day Break for years. MJ and Kiersten are great and hit all the right spots. The staff and especially the owner are professional and take care of all your needs.

I've had massages in numerous cities, states, and a couple different countries. This was the best ever. I'm retired military and have a lot of hard miles on me, and I still exercise a bit more than the average person. Added to that was a high amount of stress an tension from training for a new job. I'm new to Charlotte, so I found Day Break online and booked the 90 minute integrated session. MJ met me at the door on time. The facility is clean, quiet and comforting. MJ's techniques were amazing, and she pinpointed each muscle group with precision. I left feeling refreshed, relaxed, pain free, ,ready for the world, and with my next appointment secured for two weeks out. I definitely see Day Break and MJ as my new team for massage therapy!
