Manager is rude and doesn't know how to cut boy's hair. My son didn't want her to cut his hair a second time (after missing multiple spots in his head and completely disregarding the haircut he asked for) and she refused a refund. When I called the customer service line and the woman from their company had questions the manager refused to answer her questions and threatened my son and I even after the Wal-Mart employees and security guards explained there was nothing they could do since i wasn't causing a scene or bothering anyone. STILL HAVEN'T GOTTEN MY REFUND.

Scheduled an appointment online for color services. When I arrived a lady had walked past me 3 times before coming behind the register. When I informed here I was there for my color session at 3:15pm she looked me up and down and narrowed her eyes telling me they did not have time to help me, when they in fact close at 6. She did not ask my name nor tell me hers. I felt judged and will never be back here again. I suggest staying away.

This place is the laziest business shop ever. They do not open up on time. What sense is it to have hours posted. Never the same stylist, DO NOT honor reservations. Sad!
