Absolutely disgusting what these people have done to my credit. I signed up over a year ago and made a 2-year agreement. Once I found out I was pregnant and didn’t feel safe going to the epicentre any longer, I decided this gym wasn’t for me. I should have never signed such a strict contract. I went less than 10 times and the first and only time I asked for a towel to shower, they didn’t have any left and left me with 2 washcloths. You all should be ashamed for squeezing money out of ANYONE who wants nothing to do with your service. I tried to be fair and your “contract” trumped my safety and pregnancy. It’s unbelievable.

So my husband an I went to visit this gym on a free pass to see if we wanted to change gyms. Although the reviews are telling we decided to see for ourself. Customer service is definitely non existent. We walk in an the front desk is empty. We waited a good 5 minutes before some one came. The gentleman was very dry An type rude. We told him we had a pass and wanted to try the place out An his response was “ where did you get those from”. It came off as very condescending like we made them in the car bf we cane up. Ignored the fact that He should know they offer them since he’s an employee but We told him on the website all he said was ok. We got no tour of the place no explanation of the memberships offered or anything, not one more word was said. He was not personable at all. The facility seems very nice but there’s no customer service at all! an after that experience we will be staying where we are. !!!

Facility is ok once you figure it out, Did not bring my lease, so they immediately didn’t want to help me or let me talk about membership plans. Would have rather talked with a sales associate but ended up having to pay them 20$ for a day pass or go home. Was not offered a tour, guess if you don’t have an Id with the right address they don’t waste time on you... will not go back. Looks like they lost a customer.
