A fair warning to anyone looking to hire Jon on as a Licensed contractor for commercial work. We used him and, although his work was fair and he was friendly, he was out of his league with the commercial job. He assured us he wouldn't "nickle and dime us" and yet we find ourselves in a situation where he double charged us for part of the job (sign installation), charged us for a licensed electrician (who never showed up), took two months longer than promised (loss of income, having us do work to help speed up process and we were not compensated, only charged more), etc...and now 6 months after job completion he is harassing us for more money, that our lawyer assures us is not our responsibility to pay. Big mistake hiring him and hope to warn others before you find yourself in a similar situation.
