None of the chip readers work and none of the tap to pay readers are even turned on. Why advertise that if you don't have them working?

Stop being lazy and put receipt paper in the pumps. There’s not that much expected of you. Can you at least do the bare minimum?

This is one of the last times I'll probably be getting gas from any Shell Gas Station sadly enough. Almost all the Shell stations have higher prices than even BP for instance. The final straw was my most recent attempt at using my Shell Rewards Program points for a gas fill up this week. This is supposed to be a *Rewards Program* people !!! Which I assume the purpose is to encourage Shell Brand Loyalty 🤷🏼‍♀️ Howe er... over the past few years it's been more of a problem than a benefit. I tied my Shell program to a T-Mobile weekly promotion which kicks in an extra 10cents off each gallon weekly... but... there have been regular glitches in the system denying my attempts at using those discount points at many of the local Shell Stations. The points are entered in every T-Mobile Tuesday then drop off if unused by Friday the same week. Even WITH the discount Shell gas is often more expensive than other stations ... but it's even more frustrating when I try to use the points & get denied at the pump by a pop up on the pump screen stating *Your Loyalty Transaction has been denied*... this time it was 2 weeks in a row! In the past if I called Shell Rewards they would reinstate my points... but I had to wait until AFTER they expired on Friday according to the over the phone Help line. This time I was told by Fred that he couldn't give me my missing points for both weeks! In the past per the Help line I've tried entering my Rewards account manually (didn't work) as well as reissuing a new Rewards card (a temporary fix) cause I'm now on my 2nd or 3rd card. One Help agent suggested the problem might be that I had the old card numbers in my profile so he edited them out... but that worked a short time & then started rejecting my Rewards card AGAIN. Maybe it's because Shell has *farmed* out so many of their stations/mini-marts to other smaller local companies & are not really *true* Shell Stations anymore. Don't know...and at this point... don't care anymore because I've had enough after several years of hassles! I'm now switching to the BP Gas Station Rewards program and I'm getting my gas not only cheaper than Shell's Gas... but... I also don't have any issues since all BP Stations I've gone to ARE actually completely BP company mini-marts as well as BP Gas Stations! How refreshing!! Goodbye Shell... Hello BP 🙋🏼‍♀️

For some odd reason they only acknowledge men that walk into the store. When myself or other women walk in it's "cricket's" but as soon as a man walks in you hear "hi! Welcome to Circle K!". Greet everyone the same way fellas. We're all spending non gender specific money!

Every time I come in here I have problems lol. Either the cashier is condescending, or there are some sketchy individuals hanging out by the front doors/inside. You’d think it would be more straightened up seeing as it’s right next to a police station. Edit: LMAO they banned me from this gas station Because of this review, truth must hurt!
