It has taken over 2 months to get me my coffee table and end table! I chose to pick up my items from the store. When I called in April they said it would be here this week or the next. Week 1... no call. Week 2 I return from vacation and I call them and they say it is in the store. I call the store (which at this time is now GOING OUT OF BUSINESS) to come pick it up and they can't find it. System says it is there but they can't locate it because of all the new discounted inventory. I express how upset I am and she requests a delivery when I try to cancel the order. I don't need delivery as I live around the corner from the store and work 1 hour away. I cannot take a day off to wait on a table I need to pick up from the store. Now they are going out of business and I just asked to cancel the coffee table but you can't do that because they inform me that the Manager is out of the country for a few weeks! SMH!!! Your store is having a liquidation and there is NO manager available??? I am so unsatisfied and can understand now why they are going out of business. Their furniture may be beautiful but their service hassle is the worse!!. The thought of looking at it every day would only piss me off more at this point.
