Today, I asked the server/cashier to please put on gloves before dipping my frozen yogurt. He refused and told me and my wife that we could just leave, because he didn't want to put on gloves. So we left.
This person needs customer service skills. He was so rude that I was afraid to ask his name. We explained that we are both immunocompromised and asked a second time if he would please just glove his hands before dipping our yogurt. He refused and repeated that should leave.
We love this TCBY and come often after a MOD lunch.
I hope the manager reads and responds soon!

This place is a rip off , one ice cream cup Almost 10$ For one !!!! and they didnt even have good toppings out and the worker was rude , and the frozen yogurt was disgusting and had no taste ! I wont be back

We stopped by after a soccer game and Kevin gave us the best customer service. Friendly and super helpful. Highly recommend a visit.
