Canteen Vending Services

Last week as I was drinking hot chocolate due to poor cleaning and maintenance of their coffee machine. Roaches had been living inside the machine. There was also mold built up and trash behind the coffee maker as well. I was drinking a cup of hot chocolate when I fealt something chunky in my mouth not once but twice. I had digested one roach and the other I spit out. I was extremely sick afterwards for almost week. Lost money and time. Very poor services

I am still waiting on a refund from 12/8/22. When I purchased lorna doon cookies that had an expiration date of 09/2021! As of 12/16/22 I am still waiting on my refund. 12/23/22 I am still waiting on a refund. 1/3/23 today is the third attempt to get my refund. Still no luck

I consider it a robbery when your refund paper check method has to be printed in a way that mobile deposit apps don't recognize. It's more costly to go to the bank, so you get away with your real intention which is to retain the money unlawfully gained. 5810 is what you wrote on the check memo. $1.90 here and there surely make for a nice tidy profit. Charlatans!

i lost money in a machine and spoke with someone on the phone and was sent a refund in five weeks!

Their venting machines charge too much for using your debit card.
