        I chose Poor-Fair service only because I could not choose Terrible! I tried to re-fi a property I have owned for 10 years. After jerking me around for a week, the agent admitted that he cannot get a decision from head office as to whether New Penn Financial is willing to work with legal immigrants unless they are US Citizens. Catch a wake-up guys - you'll soon be as obsolete as political parties that try to ignore us immigrants.
