        Kiesha White horrible customer service. Went to this location it's the closest to Mecklenburg county court house to open estate account. This location was having problems trying to scan documents in. While she was on the phone speaking with person in decedent process. They advised to take picture and email to her wells Fargo email. Keisha then advised still wasn't able to scan. Keisha then Stated I could wait on technical support ,and/go to the nearest Wells Fargo location so documents could be scanned and she was the only personal banker and some people have called out. Kiesha never even said sorry for any inconvenience and sorry for your loss. This already a difficult time l. Kiesha didn't make it any better.
