Please, teach your employees to not insult someone they try to recruit.

I worked for Aerotek for roughly 5 months and the pay and benefits was good. The communication between myself and my recruiter was not great. It was either inconsistent or the recruiter had no idea of any information in regarding the job despite having recruited for the job many times before. I would suggest learning more about the jobs you send your contingent workers on so that when they ask questions you actually have the answers.

ALL THEY DO IS LIE AND PLAY GAMES! Went through the whole process and gave me a start date to never hear from them again. Kept calling they said they didn’t have no new information. Very unprofessional and communication sucks!

I’ve been dealing with Aerotek for over 2 months now. My direct recruiter is Brian Langlois. In the beginning he was very responsive however, now it’s almost impossible to get him on the phone or to respond to an email. Every conversation start and end the same (an email will be sent to hiring managers, a promised phone call that same day or the next morning in which he never come through with). The recruiters here may seem genuine in the beginning but after the initial phone conversation it’s darn near impossible to get a recruiter on the phone and possible job placement. I don’t recommend this company to anyone who is actively seeking employment. These recruiters could careless if you are employed or not and they are extremely dishonest. In response to the reply below: This is very common with your office which is why several others are saying the same thing under your review section. I also personally know people who are dealing with this same issue. You only want to know who is behind this comment, you are not trying to change anything or assist me and you know that.
