When the service quality at my prior cleaners declined this year, I started doing some research for alternatives. After reading a lot of reviews and speaking on the phone with managers of each of several in my area, I chose Ballantyne Cleaners. Am I ever glad I did! My early experience has been great! The quality of both dry cleaned and laundered items is first-rate; and the people are consistently friendly and professional. What more could you want from a cleaners?

Our company used Ballantyne to help clean one of our clients cushions that arrived dirty. They were so helpful and were able to pick up and drop back off the cushions from our client. The spots came right out and our client is now happy! Would highly recommend Bee and company!!

I love this place. They are quick to respond via email. I started communicating with them by going on their website and filling out the contact form. Within a few hours, I heard back from them. They answered all of my questions. They were upfront with how much it would cost to clean my queen size bed comforter. Not only that, that came to where I live and picked up my comforter for me so I didn't have to try and make a special trip on my lunch break. They also emailed me right away (after they received the comforter and looked over it, and let me know information about it (like stains) and also how much it would cost. They made paying very quick and easy and delivered my comforter within the time frame they said they would. I highly recommend this place and look forward to using them again. Service: Delivery
