Would not reccomend, too much hassle and empty gestures. There was a fiasco as to them not being able to locate my dress. The woman working the desk took my wedding dress, stated I would received a phone call and price quote for the work that would be done before they began. When I asked for a receipt stating such she just had me take a photo of the form. Three days later after not hearing back, I called them and the same woman could not locate my dress. She didn’t know if it was “at the plant “ or in the store or where it was. She didn’t know if they had started work or not. That was upsetting and I demanded they find my wedding dress immediately so I could come get it. Many phone calls and voicemails from the “wedding dress expert”, him asking to let them “make this right” and please let them clean the dress. He stated multiple times I would be taken care of and receive a sizable discount for my trouble. He also asked me to remove my negative review, which after being told they would make this right, I did. They gave me 15% off. That’s not sizeable. For what they charged it’s hardly a discount. The woman who handled the pick up seemed put off when I said I needed to open to preservation box to see the dress. She asked why and I asked how am I supposed to verify the cleaning of the dress without seeing it? Or even that it was the right dress? The viewing window was blocked my veil, which I gave to them already clean. She stated she didn’t want to help open it because “she wasn’t the expert”. I opened it myself and the dress was clean. Overall, still would not reccomend this cleaner as far was wedding dresses go. They can’t be trusted to keep up with such an important item and say all the right words to keep your business but don’t come through in that regard.
