After using Dr Nagel for several years ,and deciding to find a Denist that gets more in-depth with you found out bottom inside gums had deteriorated to no return . Peridonist said couldn’t reverse problem . Ashame you got no direction.

This dentist office is literally part of my family at this point. Over the past 10 years, they have helped me reconstruct my whole mouth without judgement (was a smoker with poor dental hygiene not anymore!), all while being incredibly reasonable and fair with pricing. EVERYONE that works there is amazing. I cant thank them enough for CHANGING MY LIFE!

Today I had a consultation with Orthodontist Dr. Alexander Edelmann, I have been going to this dentist office for years and my permanent retainer (I had done somewhere else) was broken on the bottom so the office set me up for a consultation with the orthodontist (who comes in maybe 1 or 2 times a week). My experience with Dr.Alexander Edelmann wasnt very pleasant. He was rude and didnt listen to me as a patient. He told me he wasnt going to fix my retainer cause he doesnt mess with other people work which is fine but why set me up with a consultation with him if they know he doesnt mess with other people work. He didnt even take the time to even look at my retainer or anything. So I just got up and told them they wasted my time today. Front desk tried to explain to me he does do the work , so now its looking like he just doesnt want to. I need a treatment done ( which they are saying I need a root canal that is almost $3,000) so he states that I need treatment done first before he even looks at me, so again they should have known this as they are the ones who told me I need the treatment. So why even waste my time seems to me theyre trying to make me get the root canal but I wanted to know what my options were because I explained to them I dont want a root canal. Very unprofessional today and rudely. I Would not recommend going here, or anywhere else orthodontist Dr.Alexander Edelmann practice. I already called another dentist office who actually took the time to explain the different options and the difference between them. I see why they have the reviews they have. Very disappointed today and me and my daughter have been going here for years.

I received a crown treatment due to my front tooth partially chipping. They was required to perform 2 procedures because they ordered the wrong color the first time around. The second time the permanent replacement tooth came oversized; I then received the oversized tooth in my front area because the whole process was too long. I was unfortunately tired of waiting and then wasting my time. My tooth now bleeds occasionally and I can tell my gums are more sensitive due to the poor quality of service regarding crown treatment
