I have a full coverage dental plan! The receptionist quoted me 217 dollars and my insurance should cover the rest. Yes she did say "quote", but when I get a bill for an additional $126 you would think they would have looked a little deeper in to my plan before before giving me a number. I could underatand an additional 15-30 dollars, but $126! Come on. There are many other dentists in Charlotte, and I made this choice based only on it being close to where I live. Take my advice, do your research and make the drive. Ill will be traveling back to Wake Forest Dental Arts in Raleigh for future work.
After telling the lady I would write a review about the way they do business she didn't seem to care.
To be honest the money isn't even the issue, it's principle.
