How do you claim to be an emergency clinic, but do not answer phones and are closed during office hours?

You can't schedule an appointment using Phone by calling the Clinic phone number, Basically there is nobody to pickup phone or respond email other then appointment , treatment/cleaning is good. This is for SteelCreak branch.

Every since my first visit to them I had nothing but problems. They had to reschedule me several times and my mouth started hurting alot more. I started at tge East and moved to the South locations because it was closer. But my mouth haven't been the same since my last visit to the South location which is why I haven't been back. I had to schedule an emergency visit today because of mouth pain and they talking about a back payment so they refused me. This is my last with them. The whole company sucks and just can't get anything right. I'm seeking a new dental location. I'm also gone report them and will not recommend them to anyone. Bad business here. DO NOT GO. I AM WARNING YOU. REMEMBER THIS OKAY! BYE.

Very disappointed with my experience here. My appointment took a couple hours because the equipment was not working while I was there so I spent a lot of time sitting. The woman at the desk who took my insurance info was on the phone with her significant other the entire time which led to her putting insurance info into the system incorrectly. Which then led to claims being denied. I was randomly sent an electronic statement 5 months later with an incorrect bill. After attempting to call and visit the Steele creek office numerous times and not getting any calls answered(office closed during office hours when in person too) I tried another location. They said theyve called and sent letters but I have never gotten anything other than the 5 month late electronic statement. I do have informed delivery so I know I havent gotten anything from the dental office. Unfortunately they cannot do anything to help because their system is automatic so my bill may now be sent to collections at any moment because of their mistakes. I will not be visiting this office again and would not recommend to anyone.
