I’ve had to deal with dentists my entire life because of my sensitive teeth. Today I went and even with this whole COVID-19 thing they were very safe in their practice: wearing masks and had hand sanitizer for patients as soon as we come in. Doctor Bishop answered my questions and helped give me ideas for how to deal with sensitivity in my teeth and my hygienist Jennifer walked me through what she was doing and was so kind as she cleaned my teeth! Like I said, I’ve been to a lot of dentists... the service I got today definitely makes me want to return!

Scam alert. I had some dental work done. They checked with my in network insurance. I paid my part. Now they want almost 2000.00$ more. Front desk staff very rude. All the work I had has to be redone because of the poor work. Beware you have been warned.

Back in 2017-18 I had a couple fillings done. The staff is always pleasant and even annoyingly eager to send text message reminders and birthday greetings but one particular filling was very uncomfortable and I have had problems since then. I felt like something was broken or under my gums afterwards. Dr. Kupperi offered to redo the filling but made things worst and stated that I needed a root canal for a tooth that didn’t even bother me. Fast forward the whole side of my mouth has shifted and my teeth are horribly crooked. I have not returned and have weighed whether I should sue to have the practice pay for braces. My smile is that bad and the tooth that was filled just feels like it’s larger and seems to have pushed my teeth forward and shifted the entire front row and pushed forward another tooth. It may be cosmetic but no one’s teeth should look worst at the expense of having them return for more work. It’s just unethical and bad for business.
