I submitted 2 inquires online for a quote, sent 2 follow up emails, left a voicemail for the company and with Luke directly and called at least 5 other times over the course of 3 weeks and never received a response. Very disappointing and poor communication.

Luke was fantastic! We had an initial concept of what we wanted for our three season porch and patio and Luke provided us with creative ideas to make it even better. Throughout the project, Luke was very helpful and would always swing by if we had questions. It has been a long time since we were totally satisfied with a hired contractor, but Carolina Decks deserves our highest marks. They were professional from beginning to end. They gave us a fair price, arrived on time, sent highly qualified, friendly and professional installers, and completed our deck project in just four days. Good luck getting these people to even come out to give you a quote. Just a complete run around and waste of time. After emailing me back and forth for almost a week they told me they don’t have the capacity to do the project I need done. Wouldn’t even give me a quote. And I had to email them continuously to even get a response. Don’t waste your time with this company like I did.

We couldn’t be happier with the way our enclosed porch came out. All of Luke’s suggestions were spot on and it turned out beautifully. The quality of work was excellent and if there was a concern it was addressed in a timely manner. We would definitely work with them again in the future.
