Ashley Francis was recommended to me by a friend who also practices therapy in the Charlotte area. If I had any idea of the positive impact that our sessions would have on me, I wouldve started therapy so much sooner. Ashley is empathetic, authentic, understanding, and transparent. And, shes always open to giving me the flexibility to navigate our sessions in a way thats comfortable for me (even in the moments when I may deflect or speak cryptically :)), while still helping ensure that Im taking the necessary steps to progress. Im forever grateful for Ashleys support throughout the years.

I felt like I was able to move through more past trauma within a couple sessions with Ashley than years of talk therapy combined. She has a unique ability to safely guide me in and then out of emotions and past trauma using experiential therapy. Working with Ashley has been my first experience with this style of therapy and I am never looking back. I feel I am able to do so much work in just one short hour with her because of it. I no longer live in Charlotte but make it a point to see Ashley when in town. We recently did a four hour intensive session when I was visiting and it was absolutely transformative. We were able to get deep into core wounds and thought patterns like I haven't been able to do before. I feel so comfortable emoting a wide range of emotions in front of her and with her like I haven't been able to do with previous therapists. I feel safe, supported, and guided in my sessions with Ashley. I've gained so much more insight and sense of resilience since starting this journey with Ashley and plan to continue. If you are ready to do the work, I cannot recommend Ashley more!

Please be advised before using Ashley Francis to improve your mental wellness. She is known for using dating apps to recruit and generate new business, instead of using it as it's intended. This is truly a person who lacks the empathy to understand people on a personal level and may need some counseling herself. You should carefully consider this before placing your trust & valuable mental health into someone this like. She is not "committed to doing whats right for the world."

If you are thinking about seeing Ashley, I would highly recommended it. This is someone who takes her practice seriously. She has a great balance of listening, but also adds immense value when she does speak. I know she is always working on her skill, it shows during sessions where she comes up with new and creative ideas to dive deeper and explore topics. Ive seen therapists in the past that can be a bit pushy when it comes to scheduling sessions, and it can even seem like therapists want to keep you for life. Ashley is not like this. Im so grateful for the work she has helped me do.
