Business beware!! Read your contract they are not friendly when you try and cancel.

I ordered two fragrances from this company under the assumption that these were oils. They came as two huge cylinders. I never opened them nor did I even take them out of the box but they would not take them back saying that they had a shelf life and could not be sent back through the mail. Not even if overnighted. What a disgusting company to do something like this. ***They posted that they would make it right yet no one had ever contacted me! No worries. I tossed them. Ill be sure to spread the word about your services.

Really bad experience. I ended up paying thousands of dollars and not even using any of the products. I was really excited to use them for my business and it ended up being a costly mistake. Even after the contract was made off, their organizational team, managers etc. told me they didn't know how to stop notifications on the charges I would get in my email but all was paid off and well. After getting multiple higher-up managers even emailing me this in writing, years later they are sending me to collections for a mistake they made on their end.  Being a business owner, part of me feels bad about how horrible their system is but "wow" please beware that they really don't have their systems down as a company. It is not worth the hassle.

This company has been bot3hing short of a pleasure to deal with , specifically Mandy . She was absolutely amazing to deal with . She explained it well , didn't make me feel rushed and truly made me feel valued as a customer . Fed Ex delivered my order to the wrong address . Fed ex was giving me the run around so I notified scentair and they literally shipped me a replacement the same day . This company has a great product , great employees , amazing customer service and still offer lots of sales every month . Did i mention how helpful Mandy was with all my questions and replacing my missing order without delay ..
