Microsoft deserves a 0, but I had to give 1 star in order to write the review. The Xbox Series X is the worst product that simply stops working out of no where. After spending $550, I was sent a refurbished replacement that I refused from the very beginning. A new console or refund is not possible, according to Microsoft. Their customer service representatives are obnoxious, rude, abusive, and hang up on you at will. Telling lies and giving empty promises are commonplace, and when you ask to speak with a supervisor, you are promised a call within 24-48 hours - I did this several times and still have not received a response. In the end, after speaking with the representative Ramone in the warranty department and getting no where except him telling me to enjoy my refurbished unit in a condescending manner, a block was placed on my account so that now I cannot contact Microsoft. I have already filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. This is an outright terrible company, and it is obvious why their stores are out of business.
