Dr. Stairs was great to work with. Beatrice was amazing to communicate/work with. She was willing to walk through all the details for of project multiple times when changes were being made. The crew showed up on time when scheduled and completed the job in the time frame provided. They redid our banister and replaced our first step. They were able to match our hardwood stain perfectly. Highly recommend.

Dr. Stair did an amazing job converting our carpeted stairs to high quality oak treads and landings. They also upgraded our railings to high quality oak and installed decorative wrought iron balusters. We would definitely recommend Dr. Stairs to anyone needing this type of work done as they ensure 100% customer satisfaction.

Dr. Stairs put in ballasters, handrails and post all in one day. My stairs look beautiful and no longer dated, not to mention much sturdier than what I had before.
