        Went to breakfast at Rush Express this morning in Ballantyne. I had never had a salad breakfast. but this was absolutely delicious . I have had the eggs Benedict and thats always a good choice too. The food is very good! This is one of my favorite places to eat!

        The place was very busy on a Wednesday night. The kitchen became a little backed up, but our server, Ansley, kept us informed throughout. It was open mic night, so we were entertained and content as we awaited our food. I had the Lamb Burger with tzatzicki sauce. It was very good and perfectly cooked to medium, which was the temp I ordered. Service was excellent! We look forward to visiting here again!
