I went to Chiromed Plus, Dr. Bryant's office for a massage (Living Social offer). I made an appointment for 11 am, but was told to arrive at 10:30 for a consultation. I told the reservationist that I did not have any pain issues, but the she insisted that I meet with Dr. Bryant prior to the massage.
Sooooo.....I arrived at 10:35 and there was no one at the front desk. At 10:45 a receptionist finally walked by and told me that Dr. Bryant would be with me shortly.
At 11:15, I met with Dr. Bryant (15 minutes after my massage was supposed to begin)! I told him I had nothing wrong with me, just there for the massage.....11:30 my massage begins.
I am used to waiting in a regular medical office, however in a more cash-only type business like Chiropractics, I would have thought they would have been more customer focused.
The Dr. himself seemed pretty casual and less medical. The massage itself was good, the office itself just seemed unprofessional and kinda shady....they are probably ok, just maybe shop around....
