My friends and family gave me "rave reviews" about the delicious food and beautiful food presentation at mom's celebration of life at her evening church visitation reception with sandwiches and desserts, her buffet thanksgiving luncheon before her service, and lovely reception afterwards with shrimp, fruit, and desserts. Something Classic handled and transitioned to each event without delay. The presentation and layout of the different types of food was so unique on different levels and layers with beautiful and colorful table cloths. Several builder marketing friends who hire caterers said they were very impressed with the number of staff and servers present during the luncheon of over 200 people where the food was constantly being replenished without delay. Not only was the turkey and dressing was a favorite, but also my friends said the "collard greens" and "mac and cheese". I was in North Carolina on a business trip. It me of our suppliers had lunch catered in for us. It was a very nice lunch and was blown away by the sandwiches and cookie I had. Normally I take a picture of the meal for my reviews but, this somehow slipped my mind. The sandwich was outstanding, I wasnt expecting it to be packed with THAT much flavor. I really wish we had something like this in Wisconsin. I need to try other items off that menu.
