        Placed a pickup order an hour before the store opened. It is now the store's closing time and they still have yet to pick the order. Very strange that no one here is fulfilling online orders. It seems to be a recurring theme at this location.

        Manager wouldnt exchange defective wallflower scents due to a defective wallflower because the scents were used too much well obviously I put a scent in a defective wallflower and in 2 days it defectively used majority of the oil. How is that my fault? New return policy/management is terrible. I have spent so much money on bath and body works and had no desire to get over but I wasnt pleased that my walflower didnt perform as expected. I was supposed to get 2 months use out of a product I got 3 days use out of.
