I went with my bf to change the battery in his key fob.. while we were there he asked the employee to just look at mine (that was working) more so asking if she knew what battery it took so we could just buy both for when I did need a new battery .. she took my key to the back and came back and charged me $15.00. For a battery and install? I didn't even want that .. we were like whatever and paid.. my key fob did NOT work after that ... their hours are not with my schedule so I had to go a whole week with no fob that was working until she "changed the batteries" ... when I came back she said oh idk you'll have to go to the dealer .. it's your keys.. I was no ... my keys worked before I came here... she went back again and got it to work... so I'm pretty sure they put a dead battery in my keys... we tried flipping it around too .. like if she just put it in wrong .. .. there was no apology or anything. Just oh idk , well it works now ... with things like Amazon and such,  I try to support small places like this.. but no.. we could have easily popped open my keys and ordered a new battery from Amazon, Walmart etc . For a few bucks.. instead spent almost 20 dollars for a week of inconvenience and zero apology...
