        when I arrived at United Bank I was given a chair to sit in the lobby while they performed my requested transactions. OUTRAGEOUS AND HUMILATING. I SUMMARILY CLOSED MY ACCOUNTS.

        We have had a wonderful experience banking with United Bank. Ross Henigar in the South Park location took care of all my concerns and answered all of my questions. When he needed to outsource the question to a different department, he got back to me very quickly and made sure I was updated as new developments occurred. We have had a great experience with the mortgage officers as well.
