I have been a customer of Brown Brothers for years. They do excellent work at reasonable prices.

I was not satisfied with Brown Brothers Tire and Auto. I brought my Jeep in for a front-end alignment, oil change, fuel injection cleaning, and diagnosis for a sound in the front of the vehicle when steering and when shifting from drive to reverse (and vice versa). They were not prompt with the service. They claimed that the front-end alignment could not be done because the control arm on one side of the vehicle was collapsing (which I later found was false) and that one of the front strut assemblies needed to be replaced (also false). Their final diagnosis for the sounds the vehicle was making was not accurate. They offered a fuel system service that seemed effective when completed, but was costly. They also said the front brakes needed to be replaced whereas Lakepoint Auto said they had another 5,000 miles left in them. Lakepoint Auto performed the front-end alignment promptly, said the control arm and front strut assembly were fine, and gave me valuable insight for where the noise was coming from for no charge. Never do business with these people, you are better off to tow your car to the dealer an have work done,by looking at the website they think it's cool having Harleys and other toys on their site, that just shows you were the money goes they screw out of, please never fall for their scams .
