Never seen so many incompetent lawyers in one place! You explain your problem and they draft a letter that is completely different from what you said. They dont call you back and once they write you your ONE letter they are done with you. Alex Beurgey interrupts you and talks over you, Lisa Estes will tell you that you have unrealistic expectations and hang up on you and Attorney Lyon will NEVER call you back! Overall they are disrespectful and obviously shouldnt have passed the Bar or psychology wasnt a course! Cancelled my membership because of the unreal level of incompetence!!

Typically very helpful unless you speak to attorney Steven Gebo. If you get him on the phone I suggest asking for someone else. Would have rated 5 stars until my experience with that particular attorney recently. Hopefully he receives the coaching he needs to speak to Legal Shield members with empathy and respect.
