Waited almost 20-30 minutes on Beef Dim Sum which only takes about 8-10 minutes to make. 25 minutes later, it not only still wasn't there, but after being told twice that it would be out in a few minutes, a manager came and told us the ticket wasn't even received, which means it wasn't even started, which means my boyfriend and I (people who have worked in the culinary business for 4+ years) were lied to, and instead of our server checking after five minutes and just admitting, just kept it pushing around his empty section. We then told the woman that we needed to leave, mainly due to being tired from just getting off work and the fact that we felt our time was wasted and wasn't valued. I personally feel as though the woman should have tried some kind of recovery method, it felt like it didn't matter either way whether we left or not. The man sitting at the table next to us, also didn't seem pleased. The man serving us also didn't seem genuine with his customer service which made us uncomfortable. Might give it another shot at a better time but not sure.
