Robert was very professional and friendly. Quickly diagnosed the issue and apologized for not having the correct belt however returned the next day and quickly replaced it hassle free and with little distribution to my work day from home. Highly recommend the wonderful service.

We have a new 5 month old Whirlpool washer, still under warranty that has been a problem since the day we purchased it. On 5 separate occasions Whirlpool sent a different repair service out to fix it only to be frustrated. Finally, JOHN J from Advantage Appliance Repair came out. This technician is the ONLY technician that was able to take care of the problem. John is extremely knowledgeable not only of Whirlpool's (poorly designed) machines, but all machines. He was professional, polite, and let me say again very knowledgable and well versed. I would give him a 10 star review if I could!! Thanks, John J

Ryan S. (the technician) arrived as scheduled and worked diligently to quickly diagnose and repair my Maytag washer. He took the time to explain the issue and provided other operating tips. He was polite and efficient.

Its fixed!!! Excellent experience!!! Kahlib, our technician, let us know when he was on his way to arrive during our appointment window which we scheduled through our Maytag warranty service website. He was professional, courteous, diagnosed our washer problem quickly from our description, confirmed the diagnosis by taking out the worn out part, let us examine it, and replaced it with one from his truck.
