Hello Valued Customer!We attempted delivery of the order at 3:40pm. Regretfully, the hotel where the order was to be delivered advised the individual listed as the recipient canceled their reservation. The driver did place a call to you for assistance in getting the order delivered but did not receive an answer nor a call back. We then called to inform you of the delivery issue and awaited your call back as we did not receive an answer at the time of our call.We do understand that the recipient was still a guest at the hotel but in a room under your name. We were not aware of this at the time of delivery but only after we called the hotel for more information after receiving your initial complaint to our payment platform.We did want to resolve this issue with you and we do apologize for any inconvenience caused. We did attempt to call you after you placed this review and did not receive an answer.Please give us a call back at your earliest convenience so that we may provide a resolution to this matter.Thank youBalloon and Party
