        Doug is a nice guy and I think competent, his wife, however, is an angry tyrant and should not deal with clients, she talks down to you and scolds you like a child. I have never been talked to by an ex-husband lol, much less a professional, I was literally speechless and walked right out of the office. I'd like to say that was the first time but it wasn't. I doesn't matter how early you get your paperwork in they are still scrambling to make the April 15th deadline, it happened year after year. I could not in any good conscience refer this firm to anyone and feel good about it.
