We recently had the pleasure of working with Monica Waugh and Sandy Estacio from Fonville Morisey Realty, to sell our home in Chapel Hill, NC. We emailed Monica and Sandy, then met with them at our home. They spent lots of time looking at the house, asking about upgrades we had done, going over the services they provide, answering questions, and providing information on comps in the area. They went above and beyond on our first meeting and continued to meet that high standard through the whole process. Monica and Sandy made the process incredibly easy and took extra steps many other realtors wouldn’t. They found a contractor for cleaning, patching nail holes in the wall and painting, staging and had professional photographs taken. They arranged everything for us while checking the work before giving us the okay to pay the contractor. When we saw our listing we were blown away - it looked amazing. Their hard work and knowledge of what it takes to sell a home really paid off. Our house had multiple offers and went under contract 4 days after we put it on the market at full asking price. Monica and Sandy were there and walked us through each offer and every step of the closing process. It couldn’t have been a better experience. While I realize it’s not always that easy to sell a home, you will not find better realtors then Monica and Sandy. I highly recommend Monica and Sandy for your selling and buying needs.
