Called several times (9am) but always got a message. Said you could leave a message but they never really had the option to leave a message. Horrible customer service.

I "met" Dr. Rebecca Tobin over a middle of the night phone call. I had acute bronchitis, was brutally coughing and was quite sick. I called my doctor - I got her, as she was the one on call. I was so DEEPLY impressed with her alertness and accuracy in instruction that, when I hung up the phone, I said to my husband, "I am changing physicians to her- she was AMAZING!!" That was almost almost 20 years ago. When she and Dr. LeeAnne Bankeitis began their own practice, I immediately changed over to them. I am grateful to see either one of them. THEY ARE OUTSTANDING DOCTORS!!! I have referred almost all of my friends and they love Comprehensive Family Practice. Why? The team of three doctors are super knowledgeable, have a handle on the number of patients coming through the door (maybe I have waited 10 minutes MAX.... ever!!!)... and oh my gosh do I get .....ATTENTION!! I am given almost a full hour for every annual physical. I AM KNOWN. The staff is good and the RN Lou is PHENOM and returns any call THAT day. Very impressive. As for lab work, invariably any report from my annual physical that is sent to me has some written notation from Dr. Bankeitis with suggestions ("You need 1000 mg Vitamin D daily now", "Your cholesterol is looking better!"). Six years ago, I had a condition that was evasive to diagnose. Dr. Tobin and Bankeitis "held my hand', did lab work, made dietary and general wellness suggestions, and, after several visits in a 3 month period, ultimately gave me references to specialists. To this day, they still take the initiative, ask about any recurrences, and I feel that they partner with me in it, which is nice to not have to remind them that I had it, etc. (It was all stress related, was never diagnosed, and has hence gone away.). If you are looking for superb care, I whole-heartedly endorse Comprehensive Family Care! I don't know where else I could possibly go and be this satisfied!

Dr Bankitis is an amazing doctor. She has always given more than 100% during my visits with her. Dr Bankitis is the best doctor I have ever had! The staff is very kind and professional.
