Carolina Countertops

I called 7 places and got quotes and was told the island in my kitchen was to big for a single piece of granite. I was also told they didn’t make the color granite. Got really frustrated with the search until a friend told me to call Josh so I did. Said he’d come give me a free estimate the very next day. Josh came out and measured and told me he could get exactly what I wanted, one piece and the material that I wanted. Josh came out with the guys for the install and it looks Incredible and the price was over $1,000 less than the other quotes installed. I would highly recommend Josh and his business. I would give Carolina Countertops 10stars if I could!

Such a wonderful company to work with! Carolina Countertops were very thorough and communicated extremely well! I called Josh on a Wednesday and he returned my call right away and set up an appointment to come out to our house that Friday! Josh treated us like friends- we weren’t just client number, he made us feel like we weren’t rushed to make a decision. He spoke to our kids, and was so patient- I had a quote from him later on that same day (Friday) and then he came back out the following Monday to do official measurements! His installers came about a week later to install and they were so kind, clean and professional! We couldn’t be happier with our new countertops and so thankful we went with Carolina Countertops!

Josh and his crew absolutely nailed my outdoor kitchen. The cuts were tough (green egg, grill, post) and it all fit like a glove. On time, fair price and an amazing piece of granite. Don’t call anyone else, he’s your guy.

Josh was by far the most no-nonsense countertop specialist I contacted (and ultimately who I went with for that reason). He takes a straightforward approach to sizing up the job and doesn't balk at potential difficulties, such as tricky cut-outs. I had to get new countertops as the scope grew for a kitchen sink project, so I didn't think I would be happy about having to replace countertops that didn't really need replacing aside from the fact that they didn't fit the new sink. However, Josh and his team did a fantastic job - the cuts, edges, polish, and stone itself are terrific, and it is a definite unexpected upgrade. On top of that, his team managed to get out the old countertop without damaging any of my tile backsplash, so my "clean-up" is basically zero. Overall, I really appreciated working with someone who went the extra mile (he happily cut the old granite into pieces for me to use in furniture) and didn't treat me like I didn't know what I was talking about (as most other companies I reached out to did). I needed a small job, i.e., that my countertop be adjusted slightly for a new oven. I was told that I would have a very difficult time finding someone to help. Josh and his team were awesome. The technician arrived on time, got the job done quickly, and then proceeded to show me how to seal my countertops. (They were original with the house and I did not realize I needed to do this!) The technician cleaned up everything, even all of the dust bunnies under my oven, which he had to move. I remember thinking "if the rest of my day goes this well, this is going to be a great day!" I'll definitely use this business again!
