Got in a nasty accident last month and realized that after "call the cops and insurance", I really had no idea what the process for this sort of thing was. I emailed Mr. Poole about my situation.
While he didn't feel I needed a lawyer, he gladly provided advice about how to deal with the insurance companies- what I'm owed and how to pursue it.
I'm not a demanding person. This wasn't about getting a big payday. I just wanted to be treated with dignity. And what Gary Poole did is empower me with information.

Mr. Poole was incredibly helpful with my accident case. It was the other drivers fault, but they fled the hospital and police never found them- and it was a stolen vehicle.
He helped me navigate conversations with insurance to get me the best outcome I could have asked for. We were able to settle with insurance without seeking legal action. He coached me through what to say and when to say it and what all to include in each email to insurance
He was truly so helpful and I couldnt have done it without him. He was also super kind, empathetic, and did a great job of explaining every step to me.
