        The service at Evans Jewelry is outstanding. When Jared’s said they would have to send my TAGHeuer watch away to get a new battery and the watch would be gone for 6 weeks (!!!), Evans replaced the battery in less than 10 minutes. Great customer service!!!

        DO NOT TRUST! Based on all the good reviews, my husband and I trusted Joe to resize a custom-made wedding band. HE RUINED THE RING so badly that the original manufacturer could not even return it to "like new" afterward. We needed him to size down the ring that had an inset matte-finish groove around the middle. Where he resized it, he flattened the groove (so there was no groove there) and left a large, messy "glob" of metal on the inside of the ring. He also ruined the matte finish in the groove all the way around the ring and badly gouged & scratched the gloss finish on the rest of the ring. After paying Evans for this devastating hack job, we had to send it back to the manufacturer for $250 worth of repairs. And the manufacturer could not even completely repair the damage done by Evans Jewelers. It was so badly damaged that the manufacturer advised scrapping the ring for metal credit. We're heartbroken over our ring. If you have a piece you can't replace, DO NOT TAKE IT TO EVANS JEWELERS!
