Insurance of the Carolinas

I have recently had the pleasure of working with Account Manager Heather Robbins. Her customer service was EXCELLENT!!! She made me feel like I was the only customer she had, and worked to fixed the problem I had, and got me a better deal than I had!!! When she said she would call me back, she did!!! When I called her,(which I did several times lol) she never sound annoyed, and always got right back to me, if she couldn't answer me immediately. I appreciate that she made me feel like I mattered. I have talked about her to all my friends :-)!! I highly recommend this company, and especially Heather!!!
