Citrine Salon

Haircut with Holly at Citrine Salon is always a treat! She is such a skillful pro! H actively listens to my (at times) changing wishes. We have enjoyable, lovely conversations; she advises nicely about the products without pushing the sales. 5 out of 5 stars! But the entire Citrine experience starts with the receptionists - efficient, welcoming, personable. Great! Also, the modern high-end interior design, attention to details and the abundance of natural light make me decompress there instantly. Aaaah!

Lindsey was absolutely amazing. She immediately made me feel comfortable and was so so friendly. She understood my very curly hair and gave me the best haircut of my life. Ive never had my curly hair so well shaped to just wear it out naturally. I would 100% come back and no longer want anyone else to do my hair!!

My stylist moved to this salon. Went for the first time today. Its a beautiful salon and staff was helpful and pleasant. Will certainly be back!

Haircut was fine, but store policy is unadvertised of 24 hrs notice for cancellation is outrageous. Be warned (as they will not tell you this unless you violate the unwritten rule) - 24 hrs min. notice required to cancel without them having the nerve to charge you for the full (cancelled) appt. I made an appt on a Monday afternoon for the following Wednesday afternoon (clearly a leftover spot that was lingering). Tuesday evening my daughter's school notified us that norovirus was ripping through her classroom and they'd be closed the next day, so no childcare, and to boot, our other child was on the verge of being hospitalized. To add insult to injury, our cat fell sick Wed morning and eventually was put to sleep that evening - it was an epically awful day. I called the salon at 9 am on Wed to explain I couldn't come in and the receptionist was stern, apathetic, and unwilling to help (despite this being my first ever "offense"). Immensely frustrating and off-putting experience. All to say, don't go here if you can't drop everything to keep your appt and/or swallow the charge.
