Highly recommended! Mike installed my Tesla charger (and I think he's done half the installations in my neighborhood). He explained everything nicely, showed up exactly when he said he would, and did good work. On top of all that, his pricing was very competitive, and he was all-around pleasant to deal with. I wouldn't hesitate to call Mike & Lisa back for any electrical work.

Creative Electric came to replace a nonworking light switch. Next day, it caused a short circuit and burned out one of my breakers. Maybe it was installed wrong, but I never got to find out since Creative Electric didnt called me back to set up another time for them to come out and troubleshoot. Sad that they did not even give me the courtesy of a response to let me know that I should look for another electrician. I left numerous voice message and even drove by their house on 211 Cobblestone, only to find out that they had sold that house and dont even live there any longer, despite that they still use this as their business address on their website. I am deeply disappointed with Creative Electric and can only hope that others dont have to make the same experience that I had. Creative Electric apparently never received my messages but did respond to my internet remark immediately and came out to fix the problem. Mike came the next morning. One of the hot wire touched another hot wire (?) which caused the burn out of the circuit breaker. I am glad it did not cause a larger electrical fire... In any event, it got fixed and I can now use my electricity again. Thank you Mike again for fixing the problem. Service: Electrical outlet & switch installation
