You could not ask for a better support group. I am a professional educator and know quality support. My daughter receives Math tutoring. Maria has done an amazing job of not only tutoring, but connecting with my daughter and her teacher. She has built a trusting relationship with my daughter which is so important in moving her forward and building confidence. I highly recommend Dance with the Pen. Don't waste your time of money on "Cookie-Cutter" tutoring companies.

We have had a wonderful experience with Maria. Our son is engaged throughout the sessions and enjoys going. We have also learned ways to augment the tutoring at home.

Our 9 year old daughter has seen Maria at DWTP for nearly a year. She was barely performing at grade level in reading, and now she’s performing significantly better and has such confidence in her work. Even though we feel she has “caught up,” the difference has been so marked that she will keep going for the foreseeable future.

I received tutoring from Ken and Helena for ACT and College Application tutoring, respectively. The ACT tutoring was phenomenal! My score increased greatly on the ACT and the College Application Tutoring was also amazing. I'm actually planning on getting more College Application Tutoring soon actually! Overall a great experience!

My daughter worked with Ken for ACT prep. Something I thought would be a struggle to get her to adopt as a part of her busy schedule was easy due in part to the Dance with Pen teams ability to find a time that would work for her. And some how they got her to do the prep regularly without my having to ask her to do anything. They helped with strategies and understanding ways she could improve her time management during the test. Would definitely recommend and will use them for refresher in the future.
