Best home inspector. Ever. John inspected our home when it was built last year and on the one year anniversary. I’ve worked with many home inspectors in the past, and have never seen anyone as thorough and knowledgeable. He checked out everything (who checks the caulking in the back of the bathtub?). John recommenced improvements that our builder followed up on. I’m sure this has saved us a lot of $ and time. John also explains things in a way that those of us who are mechanically challenged can understand. Very positive experience Service: New-build inspections

First Call Inspections = top quality service. John is professional, efficient, punctual, and thorough when inspecting homes, whether buying or selling. He inspected a home we bought in Chapel Hill a few months ago. We received a detailed and timely report of big and small things that needed some attention. I was very impressed with his knowledge of "how things work" and "how things should be" and what pressing matters needed attention. John is trustworthy and thoughtful and takes his job seriously. I would highly recommend his quality service anywhere in N.C.
