The desserts are fabulous. I like their Iced Tea as well. The staff is friendly and helpful. The location is convenient when in Chapel Hill, NC

Some food ok, some dry, some salty... so salty my stomach hurts... service was worse than bad.. got our own refills and waitress never introduced herself... then the cashier responded with "oh, yeah, we only have one person on the floor this time of day..." Sooo... your staffing issues are the customer's problem?!?!

Food cold, rubbery, tasteless. Will not return to the Chapel Hill K&W bc I have given this site numerous opportunities and it still hasn't improved.
