We highly recommend Kati Miller with Old Cashiers Realty. During our buying process, Kati was very patient in showing us A LOT homes before we found "the one!" She is incredibly knowledgeable about the area. Once a contract was signed, she helped coordinate all the necessary inspections and had a list of reputable contractors for every job we wanted completed in the home prior to moving day.
