Complete rip-off artists. My spouse went in for an oil change, and tire rotation, and the mechanic claimed that a power steering hose was leaking. He showed some fluid on the hose and claimed that the repair cost would be $325, but we were skeptical, so we took it to a local mechanic, who estimated the repair cost of replacing a hose to be around $100 with labor. But when the mechanic checked the hose he didn't detect a problem and even suggested that someone may have deliberately wiped fluid onto the hose. The power steering hadn't been giving us a problem, so we knew to double-check, but our experience is that these guys have been very dishonest.

I've been coming here for about 9 months with an old volvo that my kids drive. There is constantly something wrong so we are here alot! You need to see Jeremy. He is is the best. He doesn't charge me for stuff I don't need, answers all my questions, and is just knowledgeable about what's going on with my car. I will continue to use this shop since it's not so busy and they get the job done efficiently and for the least cost.

I have been going here for yrs, I realized that it's the personnel that makes the difference. I always felt like they were trying to sell me things and alot of times, I felt pressured. I always go back because they have the best prices on oil changes. They recently changed managers and all the people up front are new. Jay actually took time to explain to me services my car needed and why it was needed, I never felt pressured and it felt like he actually cared for my well being. Needless to say, this place is now going to be my one-stop shop for all my car needs now. Look for Jay, he will help you out
