I could not be happier with my experience at ShoeHQ. My feet have a bad pronation problem, so it's important that I wear the right kind of shoe. Greg took great care of me. He took the time to understand my situation. I was very impressed with his knowledge. He presented me with several options, so that I was able to make an informed decision. I didn't think of Greg as a salesman, as he didn't try to sell or pressure me to buy something. I saw him as a foot consultant, providing me with all the information I needed to make a decision that was best for me. I am now a customer for life at ShoeHQ.

I've bought several pairs of shoes here. The only thing is they seem to not carry or sell out of my size a lot so I usually have to special order my shoes rather than walk out with a pair that day. However, they have a good selection and I have always been given excellent customer service.

Went in on a referral from a coworker and I felt like I was unwanted and interfered in their morning routine. Barely a hello, never a smile. Never felt like I was wanted. Walked out purchasing nothing.
