I would not recommend this store to buy running shoes. My son and I went there to purchase a pair of running shoes for him. The woman that was helping us did not seem to know what she was doing and kept asking a gentleman that worked there questions about the products. My son tried on a several pairs of sneakers, however they did not have his size in any of the sneakers he tried on. They have very limited sizes in stock of ANY sneaker you ask them about. She then tells us that she will check with the warehouse on Monday to see if the warehouse has the sneakers in stock and then she will give us a call. Needless to say she never called us, and when I called back, a gentleman answered and told me he had no idea why I was told that by her, and he had no idea when they were going to be getting any sneakers in from the warehouse. Really!! I truly question how long they will stay in business with that poor "customer service" and big out of stock issues.

The service was amazing! I never knew what expert advice was until I walked into this store! I was "fitted" for running shoes, which I thought meant that I would get my foot measured or something...nope! The gentleman there watched me walk barefoot and suggested some shoes. He was spot on with his suggestions! All I had to do was pick the ones that felt the best! Price was very comparable to other big name stores. I would say maybe $5-$10 more but for that small difference you get the knowledge and expertise of an actual runner! I highly recommend this store to anyone in the Cary area!
